Grennen in two lines

Grennen R1 is a handheld for checking a hotel room or rental for hidden cameras. Point it at the room, and hidden lenses glow on its screen. It’s in development, and the team tests before it sells.

The idea	Lenses bounce light straight back. R1 makes them glow.
Design	Shaped like a pocket meter: one hand, one big button, one screen. A little bigger than a hotel keycard, about 22–35 mm deep (design target).
Status	In development. As of October 2026: schematic checked, first firmware written, prototype parts arriving. Next: a blind test.
Our stop rule	If it can’t beat a $20 lens viewer when someone else hides the cameras, we change course.
Price and orders	No price yet. No pre-orders or payments until units are ready; the waitlist is open.

Logo

The Dot and “grennen”, set in Archivo SemiBold. Use the primary logo on light backgrounds and the reversed logo on dark ones. Please don’t recolour the Dot, stretch the logo or add effects, and leave clear space of one x-height around it.
